14 people work at the Museum, mostly freelances. Some of them collaborate regularly, others are involved in different projects.
For this reason the structure is decentralized and each collaborator is responsible for her/his task and available at the same time.

Regina Bucher

She has run the Museum since October 1998 and since 2000 she has been also Directress of the Fondazione Hermann Hesse Montagnola.

Manuela Cattaneo

Since 2001 she has translated and edited texts from German into Italian. She collaborates to the organizations of events and since 2003 has been responsible for the Sunday readings. Since 2006 she has worked at the reception of the Museum.

Lucilla Janssen

She translates from German texts into Italian and into English and edits many of the publications in Italian of the Museum.
She is guide for groups in Italian and English.

Daniela Nessi

She is responsible for the digital archive of the Museum (concept and organisation) and helps the direction in the administration.

Laurent Nicod

Since 1998 he has been responsible for the visual communication of the Museum (publications, posters, brochures, ads, invitations, etc.).
He is responsible for the graphical part of the permanent exhibition, the temporary exhibitions and the website.

Pia-Maria Perone-Schibler

Since March 1, 2006 she has been working at the reception and is responsible for the orders of the German books for the Bookshop of the museum. She will soon be guide of the walking-tours.

Concetta Rossi

Since 1997 she has been working at the reception of the Museum and is responsible for the  Italian, French and English books for the Bookshop. In 2006 she will also guide groups in Italian.

Since 2003 she has been working at the reception and is guide for groups for Museum's tours and walks.

Carlo Steffanina

Since 2004 he has been taking care of the maintenance of the Museum, both for the arrangement of exhibitions and small handicraft. Moreover he is involved in the preparation of events and the guides.

Since 1999 she has been working at the reception and has been responsible for the organization of the Museum's guides and the guided walking-tours. She guides groups in Italian, German and French.
